Private pilot terms

HANND is currently a private pilot for evaluating receipt organization and merchant delivery.

Pilot boundaries

Sandbox receipts and payment links are for testing. They do not prove a purchase, settle a payment, provide retailer integration, activate a live subscription or create a tax record accepted by an authority. Original transaction accuracy remains the merchant's responsibility.

Account use

Use your own account and authorized merchant integrations. Do not send other people's data without authorization, share server credentials publicly, submit full payment card details or attempt to access another person's inbox.

Data control

You can export your receipts and delete active application data using Settings. Infrastructure backup and billing retention are described in the pilot privacy notice.

Before paid public service

The operator must finalize its business identity, support contact, refund/cancellation terms, service commitments and applicable public terms. No paid public service is activated by these pilot terms.
